![]() Yes, the wait is long and the staff is rude but moreover, the infection control process is AWFUL. I urge you to go to another facility if you can. First, I am a nurse practitioner so I KNOW standards of care. They bill your insurance company correctly and don’t trump fraudulent charges just to get extra money. They are caring professional fast and accurate. I know go to MedStar PromptCare at Waldorf. So now, I have this on my credit report and it will remain on my credit report because this fraudulent business will not get one dollar from me. This place does not care about your health and your well-being. I didn’t know a primary office visit gives you x-rays and other urgent times the figure out what was wrong with me. So I wrote a letter to their corporate office only to be told the same thing no it was a primary care visit only. She said I don't care it was billed as primary and it will stay that way. I provided them with my name of my doctor and where they were located. She argued with me for over 30 minutes on the phone and still told me no this was a primary care visit. I explain to her what happened with my insurance company. The office manager was very rude unprofessional and had the worst manners ever. I was told to call and speak with the office manager. I went to them for urgent care visit only. I told them this was incorrect and I had my own primary care physician. I called my insurance companies and they told me that they coded the visit as a primary care office visit. About 2 to 3 weeks later I received a huge bill in the mail for about $200 which I was very confused about. Upon leaving the office, I paid my co-pay and was on my way. The doctor seemed uncertain and was very rushy rushy even though I waited two hours to be seen. The nurse bedside manner was horrible rude and ghetto. The wait was over two hours in the lobby and another hour in the room with the curtain. ![]() I told them what my problem was and that I was unable to see my own primary care physician. I indicated and showed them the two insurances. I had two insurances my primary and my secondary other under my husband. I came to this facility because I was very sick and could not see my own primary care physician. ![]() This Waldorf office is a horrible scamming money pit that does not give a crap about your care.
